Online registration will remain open until 21:00 Sanya Time (China Standard Time, UTC+8) on 24 May. On-site registration will open at 08:00 Sanya Time on 25 May.
- All pricing is in Yuan (CNY), 6%VAT included.
- Ice breaker Reception and Exhibitor Reception. It also allows limited delegates to register for tutorials at a nominal fee.
- 1-day registration does not allow entry to any of the social functions. Workshop is free for all delegates. Full Registration allows entry to all technical sessions, daily lunches and tea/coffee breaks, and Gala Dinner.
Visa Information
If you need a visa to attend, your registration confirmation email will include a link to a questionnaire. Completing this questionnaire will provide us with the additional information required to create a Letter of Invitation for you.
Cancellations
All requests for cancellation and refund of registration fees must be submitted in writing to oceans2026sanya@163.com Requests received on or before April 25, 2026 will receive a full refund, minus a CNY700 processing fee. Requests received after April 25, but before 18 May will receive a 50% refund, minus a CNY700 processing fee. Requests on and after 18 May will not receive a refund.
Refund exceptions must be requested in writing to oceans2026sanya@163.com within 20 days of the event's closing; refunds requested after this are ineligible for refund. The treasurers of IEEE-OES will be responsible for adjudicating refund requests. Approved refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
Paid registrants who are unable to attend the conference and who did not request a refund have online access to the proceedings of the conference as well as any material streamlined in real-time or post-conference, with the understanding that access to such online material forfeits any refund request.
