The International Convention and Exhibition Center, as an important supporting facility for the convention and exhibition industry in Sanya, has a total area of 80,000 square meters. The first floor of the conference center features a 5,500 square-meter exhibition hall, and the third floor has a 5,800-square meter column-free banquet hall that can accommodate 6,000 people for conferences and 5,000 people for banquets simultaneously. It has hosted various large-scale conferences, forums, weddings, banquets and exhibitions.

Overview: For enterprises of different scales, there are 50 booths (including standard booths and special booths), some booths can be further split or combined to meet specific requirements.
Standard Booths (6 m²): Academic institutions can participate in this conference at a more favorable price.
Standard Booths (9 m²): For small and medium – sized enterprises, these booths are equipped with basic facilities (small aluminum structures, desks, lighting).
Standard Booths (18 m²): Customized luxury booths that support personalized construction, providing ample space for brand display.
Registration: Fill out the form, submit it to the organizing committee, and pay after approval. Value-Added: You can apply for tech roadshows and new product launches to enhance your exhibition impact.
Note: The 6m² booth includes the same basic package but provides 1 Exhibitor Booth Only Badge and 1 Complimentary Exhibitor Full Registration Pass.

The OCEANS 2026 Sanya Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend the floor plan without prior notice.
Exhibitor Levels
Note: Booth size and quantity are customizable.
The booth price includes 6% VAT. Pricing is quoted in and based on CNY. Settlement in USD will use the exchange rate applied by the bank on the date of payment. (For reference, the approximate exchange rate is 7.0 CNY / 1 USD.)
